A BUSINESS hub between Burton and South Derbyshire could extend its site to allow for more than 250 self storage units to be built.

Bosses at Bretby Business Park, in Ashby Road East, Bretby, have applied to South Derbyshire District Council for permission to allow for 252 self storage containers, an access road, landscape and site lighting to be created.

This comes only months after the entire site was sold for £25 million to Centurion Properties.
