The U.K. based self storage company currently operating 24 self-storage centers and two serviced document stores in Southern England, made a pretax profit of 2.65 million pounds ($4.10 million) for the year ended July 31, compared with GPB367,000 for the same period last year on revenue of GBP15.42 million and GBP13.91 million respectively.
